Today I love Wilson Grapics Etsy Shop- Wall Decor

I came across these amazing etsy shop while looking around at wall decor online. As you all know I am currently trying to get my new home painted, and then look what I found- these delightful wall decals. They would really brighten up some of the rooms in my new home- particularly the bedrooms and study. They are also very reasonably priced. Check out Wilsongraphics (on Etsy). It is a family run business which has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Romantic Country and many more home decor publications.They have a wide selection of designs and styles to suit everyones taste and for every room. From cute sweet animals to delicate floral and funny designs. For the travellers out there, check out the portholes. My favourites are the star bunting, the chandeliers and Alice in Wonderland themes!

Right now they are offering a discount to first time customers. Use coupon WELCOME20 to save 20% off your entire order.

Antique Lace Anyone???

I'm on holidays from work this week and some time this week I might go here;
And look at these pretty lace mobiles, aren't they magical- they would look lovely in a bedroom or on a Christmas Tree. So I highly recommend you visit their lovely website where you can explore the award winning Sheelin Antique Irish Lace Museum and Shop which houses over 700 exhibits dating from 1890-1920.

AVOCA

Have any of you heard of the Avoca Range??? Avoca is an Irish family-run business and is one of the world's oldest surviving manufacturing companies and Ireland's most exciting stores. They export clothing ranges to boutiques around the world and have their own food label with dozens of delicious products. There are Avoca perfumes, glassware, ceramics, clothing, garden range, to name but a few. The handweaving mill was established in a rural Irish village over 280 years ago. Avoca remains a family business with a mission to create joy and have fun!
To find out more and check out the AVOCA range, visit their website, it really is worth a visit!

A Visit to a Car Boot Sale

Bank Holiday Monday I decided to bring my Dad for a drive in the morning time so we headed for a Car Boot Sale. It was good just to rummage around and take a look at all the stalls/ boots/ vans/ trailors full of other people's items, I didn't bring the camera but I will share with you what I bought. I will go again some weeked soon to another one I know of. I prefer it to the markets as there is a very large market every Saturday on the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland however it tends to have stalls with seconds, generally clothing, electricals, tools and bed clothes which aren't really my thing. I prefer to get an odd bargain and something more unique.

So here's my shopping/bargaining:

A beautiful small white and blue crochet blanket with wavy edges. I have to wash it yet but once it's washed I'll show you it properly, I thought it would look nice in my blue bedroom on the wicker chair- pretty isn't it- I got it for €4.00

Next I got this nice dainty tea cup and saucer which I thought was quite pretty for €4.00, it is now displayed in the glass cabinet in the kitchen. And there you have it- my purchases at the Car Boot Sale. I'm an amateur really!
