Florals for Ever or for Friday....
I just love floral patterns! In my opinion floral patterns never date, they are in all the time! Here are some of my favourite floral items taken from a range of online sources, sorry I don't have the link backs to them. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and you have lots of nice plans :)
Eclectic Interior Ideas from Ireland....
Have you checked out Dunnes Stores online yet? Those of you from Ireland and the UK will be well aware of it, but for those of you further afield, it is an Irish retail chain based in Dublin Ireland. It also has stores in England, Scotland and Spain and you can now visit there online store. I love the new Carolyn Donnelly Eclectic Range from Dunnes, it is so in and so me too! Here are a few items in the range, from top left, set of four dinner forks €12.00, roman wall clock €65.00, lantern €12.00 and finally giant desk lamp €160.00.
Here are a few extra inspiration images from Carolyn Donnelly's Eclectic Range. If you would like to see more visit Dunnes Stores online.
Retail Therapy
Sorry I haven't blogged as frequently lately, I have been struck down with some type of computer virus but I think it is sorted now- fingers crossed! Since I was last blogging I took a day off work and had some retail therapy. I bought a few bits and bobs. See below, from top left, Woodland Friends Fabric which my aunt is going to use to make a roman blind for my spare room along with two cushions for the bed. Next up a nice pair of wedges from New Look which are quite trendy. I didn't want sandal wedges as I can wear these even when it is raining! Some limited edition nail polish from M&S, to be honest this isn't great nail polish and I wouldn't recommend it as it smudges when going on and finally I bought two new pairs of ultra soft super skinny jeans from Primark or in Ireland otherwise known as Penny's. We are also trying to sort out our garden these days and are having problems with rabbits eating our Holly plants which we set as a hedge. They are eating all the leaves apart from the ones at the very top, so it will take forever to thicken out. We are spotting hares every day in the field behind our home. I'm off now to feed the wee calves. Chat soon and remember some retail therapy is always good :)
Some Summer Sunshine
Oh at last the sun is shining here in Ireland, it is great and lifts everyone's spirits. Last weekend I visited Derry City. I had never visited before and hope to go back again soon on a longer visit. Here are few images. I also took a nice photograph of the Atlantic Ocean in County Donegal. Hope you have nice weather where ever you are!
