Some Shopping....
Hello everyone. Sorry for the lack of blogging lately, I'm busy at home these days. I try to post a few nice images on my instagram account.Do follow me if you like. Below are just a few small items I purchased recently. I spent a long time in my garden yesterday as the weather was lovely. Unfortunately it is back to its normal rain and wind again today :( Hope you are all having a nice weekend....
Add some interest to your walls...
We put this home sweet home canvas in our kitchen. This was a total bargain at €3.00 from Pennys. All of these add a nice homely feel to our home. I have lots of photo frames but no photographs to put in them yet. Do you put many photographs of your family and friends around your home? I have only one of my parents wedding. I have none of my own wedding yet but I intend to get one or two developed.
Crochet Cushions, Hanging Hearts and Art....
Hope you are all having a nice week and the weather isn't too bad where ever you are!
Home Sweet Home
Picked these lovely canvases up in NEXT this weekend for €10.00 for the three. I love them, they are very counrty cottage and will look lovely in my new home :)
My spare bedroom...
Some images of items you will find in my spare bedroom. I spent this afternoon cleaning floors, cleaning my new kitchen units, trying to order wedding invites and moving a few items to the new home. What have you been up to? I am finished with my job and starting my new job in January so that gives me a bit of time to start ticking items of my "to do" list. Tomorrow I want to try and move some furniture to the new house but it is so wet I may have to wait until the rain clears.
Today I tried....
To paint!!! I got this canvas with the image on it for christmas and decided to paint it today. The poor wee cat is a little strange looking and the sky has no clouds, but it was my first attempt, that's my excuse anyway! P.S the white bits came out pink in the photograph but I assure you they are white in reality
Hope you are all having a nice weekend and for those of you in the UK enjoy the long weekend, we have ours next weekend :)
