Hope you had a lovely weekend. It's a long weekend here and the weather is lovely and mild so it makes it even better. Last weekend I found a little kitten abandoned at the entrance to the farm. While there are several farm cats, they are all wild and the kittens can never be caught as they are so wild but this wee kitten was a little pet. Only that it was crying loudly I wouldn't have seen it. I don't know how anyone can be so cruel as to dump a wee kitten out at the side of the road. It appeared to have some blood around its mouth. Anyways, the story is pretty obvious- I took the kitten up to the farm as I couldn't leave it. I didn't think my husband would want another kitten but he didn't want to get her a new home yet as she is probably too young. I have named the kitten Millie- if it's a girl short for Mildred and if it is a boy short for Milford....

Cute Christmas Advert... The Bear and the Hare
I know we have a few more weeks to go, but I couldn't resist posting this cute Christmas Advert from John Lewis on my blog. Hope you enjoy if you haven't seen it yet. It is so sweet :)
Cute Cats...
How cute are these cats & kittens :) They brightened up my day... How adorable! Do you have pets, if so why not take some photos and post them so we can all take a look. I don't have any pets here at our house, but we have several cats on the farm. I have a photo of Tommy below in the long grass.

Hello my blogger friends, visitors and anyone stopping by......
Last weekend I didn't get to go anywhere nice, the weather wasn't great so it was a stay at home weekend but sometimes I think we all need time to just relax at home, catch up on chores and meet with friends and family.
So I have no Sunday Trip photos to share with you. Hope your not too disappointed but I just had to share these few photos with you. They are taken just outside the back door of our house in the garden this week, they belong to our neighbour but I want to keep them all :) I hope you like them now... They are so so cute...

Mother and wee baby lambs
{"Come on Maaa, what are you looking at?"}
{"Oh look there is a silly girl there looking at us"}
{"Pass no remarks on her and she will go away, I prefer to eat this shrub/plant"}
{"Oh go on then, I'll pose for a second for the camera"}
I'm a big child, but when it comes to cute wee lambs I love them :) So playful and full of life :)
I love elephants....
My friend sent me this wonderful image of a wee baby elephant which he saw on a newspaper website. I thought it was so cute. I couldn't find the link for it. It makes me happy every time I look at it. Hope it makes you smile and brightens up your evening :-)
And this is where my love of elephants started when I was just a baby
I got this wee elephant teddy from my parents and I have it ever since :-) Don't laugh now! Yes I'm sad I even have a photograph of it for you, its all tattered and torn but I have it so long I have become attached to it, it will be 27 this year!
Yes notice the new trunk.
And how worn it is... and totally thread bare!
This Wise Old Owl Can Measure For You!
Hello all, just for a change of topic I saw this wee owl in the shop the other day and had to bring it home (No I didn't shoplift) I bought it. Ain't it so sweet, it's a wee owl measuring tape with button eyes :)

I also came across some handmade ones on Etsy since then, check them out here at Feltmates Etsy Shop, there are some lovely felt animals here.
