Every Spring I like to try something new. This year I have decided to try flower arranging. Below are the results of my first session. I have enrolled in a course in a local community centre for four nights. I am really interested in flowers and am looking forward to preparing a few more arrangements of my own. Next week we are trying a basket flower arrangment. Have you ever tried flower arranging?

Snow in March
This morning we woke to a winter wonderland with lots of snow everywhere. There was a chill in the air. I took a stroll around and as the day went on it snowed even more. I picked some daffodils yesterday- how pretty do they look with their little heads popped up against the white backdrop of snow. Did you have snow today? There is still a lot of snow out there now, so fingers crossed that it doesn't freeze too much tonight and I get to work in the morning.
Inspiration this week....
This week I'm loving lots of things but here are just a few of them;
I've been following The Informal Florist on instagram and twitter and also saw an article about them in Irish Country Magazine. I love their style and their flower arrangements are so pretty- really natural looking and traditional- just the way I like flowers.

So the Informal Florist has inspired me to enrol in a short night course in Flower Arranging in a local community hall. I am really looking forward to it and will let you know how it goes.
This week I am also loving Cath Kidston's Billie, he is just adorable...

Little Red Dress...
Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of blogging lately, I've been busy since the start of February. Compared to January, February is flying by, almost half way through the month already. We are attending a wedding soon and I spotted this dress in the sale and decided to buy it. I don't usually go for red but this one is really pretty on and I love the back of it. I will wear it with black high heels, black handbag and blazer. Hopefully it will be a nice day.
With the longer days coming in, I hope to get some nice photos soon and get back to my blogging.

Travel Photos Mykonos Greece
At last January is over, it was such a long month and the weather was dark and depressing here in Ireland. I can't wait for the longer and brighter days of Spring. In the meantime I will look back over my holidays and the beautiful sunny island of Mykonos. It is so bright, pretty and sunny and just looking at these photos instantly make me happy- hope they make you happy too. Roll on the summer sunshine and warmer days of Spring....
